Stop dropping claims to paper just because they require supporting documentation. The reality these days is that payers want electronic claims and that is what you should send. For claims that require supporting documentation, upload that documentation into H.IP. If it can be sent electronically, we’ll send it electronically. If it cannot be sent electronically, then we’re happy to send it via mail or fax, so that you don’t have to deal with it.
